Santorini's sailing conditions are generally calm between April and October. The captain contacts you 24 hours before your charter to confirm conditions. Morning charters have lower cancellation risk — the Meltemi wind typically builds from late morning.
If cancelled due to weather: full refund or free rebooking — always your choice.
The catamaran's twin-hull design is significantly more stable than a monohull boat. Most guests feel no discomfort. The caldera waters are generally sheltered.
If you are prone to motion sickness: preventative medication 1 hour before departure, acupressure wristbands, stay on the shaded aft deck, keep eyes on the horizon. Ginger tea available from the crew.
